Order Status
After your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed within two to three business days. At this time we do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email, which will include your urbanapothecary.com order number.

Sales Tax
Urban Apothecary is required by law to apply sales tax to the following state: Illinois. Sales tax is determined by the order's ship-to address and is automatically added to the order.

Billing Questions
Upon placing your order on urbanapothecary.com, we will authorize the amount of your purchase plus any applicable sales tax and shipping fees to the credit card you provided during checkout. urbanapothecary.com will collect payment or charge your account only when the order is shipped from our warehouse.

Order Confirmation
Immediately after you have successfully placed your order with urbanapothecary.com, you will receive an email that contains information regarding the details of your order. The order confirmation email is your receipt that can be printed for your records. The order confirmation email includes your order number (the same number that appeared on our web site after successful submission of an order), the details of the products and corresponding prices, your ship-to and bill-to information, and your shipping method.
 

Order Changes and Cancellation
Adjustments to orders currently in process may be accommodated by speaking with our customer service representatives at 866- between 9 am - 5 pm CST Monday through Friday. Our customer service representatives have the ability to modify or cancel an order if the order has not been sent to our warehouse for shipment.
